You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) may be required for certain operations.

You retain all rights, title, and interest in your data. We claim no ownership over your content, except as necessary to provide the Service.
SERVICE LICENSE
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
FEEDBACK
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation or attribution.
§6. PAYMENT TERMS

NOTE: Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
§7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
§8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service provider, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

§9. TERMINATION

- • Pro-rated refunds where applicable
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms shall survive termination.
§10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
